• Precision Temperature Forcing Systems: Are used for localized, hot and cold temperature testing of semiconductor components, MCMs, PCBs or small assemblies. We currently have twelve models available that provide a variety of temperature ranges, cooling mechanisms and software sophistication.
  
  
• Optional Systems: Include self-contained units that require no external air source and liquid-nitrogen assisted systems, with extreme low-temperature capability, for high power applications (-130C). Accessories include air ionization capability and conductive thermal caps and materials.
  
  
• Custom Thermal Fixtures: Are uniquely designed test fixtures developed to your test requirements. Our designs take into consideration the many complex aspects of electronic testing of microelectronic devices at temperature and represent many years of experience in this field.
