Management Team

James Kufis, Chairman & CEO
Mr. Kufis is the founder of Test Enterprises Inc. His past experience includes Senior Engineering Manager at Signetics (now Philips Semiconductor). Mr. Kufis is a graduate of Fresno State College (BSEE) and San Jose State University (MSEE).

Mr. Kufis is also founder and President of Thermonics (1976). Under his direction, Thermonics has become a pioneer in the development of temperature testing systems and is the leading supplier of fast, accurate and reliable temperature-testing equipment.

Peter Chang, VP Product Development
Peter Chang has been with the Thermonics business unit since 1994. His primary responsibilities are to manage the engineering department with the goal of broadening the current product lines. He has over 25 years' experience in the design and development of automatic and semi-automatic equipment and machinery for the semiconductor industry. Mr. Chang is a graduate of National Taiwan University (BSME) and New Mexico State University (MSME).

Andrew Kufis, Manager Production and Final Test
Mr. Kufis has been with the Thermonics business unit since 1982. His primary responsibility is management of production and final test. He is an essential contributor to new system concepts and design and participates in R&D. He has twenty years' experience in the field of temperature testing and refrigeration. Mr. Kufis is HVAC certified.
